Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs all services offered by Direct IT Solution Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a payment to the Company, the client (“Client”, “you”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Policy.

Scope: Applies to website, software and mobile app development; hosting, domains, SSL and server services; digital marketing and SEO; consulting and advisory; subscriptions; and other IT services rendered by the Company.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Window

  • Cancellation requests are valid only if submitted within 24 (twenty-four) hours of payment.
  • Requests after 24 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2.2 Refund Limitation (Within 24 Hours)

  • Even when a cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, the maximum refundable amount is capped at 20% of the amount paid.
  • The remaining 80% is retained towards administrative costs, resource blocking, and payment gateway/transaction fees.

2.3 Consulting & Advisory Services

  • Consulting and advisory services are strictly prepaid and 100% non-refundable, irrespective of usage or outcome.

2.4 Overseas / International / Investment Transactions

  • If you are an investment firm outside India, or availing online consulting/software services via international payment, you must test and assure suitability before payment.
  • No refunds are provided for international payments or investment-related transactions once paid.

2.5 Third-Party Purchases

  • Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, email/server space, cloud accounts, and third-party licenses are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased or activated.

3. Refund Request Procedure

  1. All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: admin@directitsolution.com and bank@directitsolution.com.
  2. Requests made by phone, WhatsApp, chat, or verbally are invalid.
  3. The Company will acknowledge your request within 15 working days.
  4. Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 60–90 working days via the original payment method.
Important: Refunds are not immediate. Do not raise chargebacks while a request is under review; it may result in termination of services and legal action.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 24 hours of payment.
  • Consulting, advisory, or online services (strictly prepaid).
  • Domain registration, hosting, SSL, email/server space, cloud services, or third-party licenses once activated.
  • Once any development, deployment, or digital marketing campaign has commenced.
  • International payments and investment-related transactions (including cross-border remittances, investor subscriptions, foreign consulting/services).
  • Projects deemed abandoned due to client unresponsiveness for more than 7 consecutive days.

5. Project Abandonment

If the Client fails to provide required content, approvals, or communication for more than 7 (seven) days, the project will be deemed abandoned.

  • Abandoned projects may be automatically terminated without further notice.
  • No refunds are issued for abandoned projects.
  • All amounts paid are forfeited in full to cover resource allocation and opportunity cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, hosting, payment gateways), policy changes, or regulatory actions.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, cyber-attacks, strikes, government restrictions) are outside our control.
  • In any case, the Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount received for the specific service, subject to this Policy.

7. Mandatory Advisory (Please Read Before Payment)

By paying the Company, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy, including:
  • 24-hour cancellation window from the time of payment.
  • Maximum 20% refund even when cancellation is approved within 24 hours.
  • Consulting/advisory & overseas/international transactions are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be emailed to admin@directitsolution.com and bank@directitsolution.com.
  • We acknowledge in 15 working days and process eligible refunds within 60–90 working days through the original payment method.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
